I’m a Cross country runner, While i personally wouldn’t recommend a vegetarian diet i will tell you what you need to do in order to keep healthy.
1)if you choose not to eat meat, eat plenty of nuts and peas.
2) Exercise for about 20-60 minutes a day, running will do you best because it gives you a higher oxygen content, and makes the heart flow easier
3)As humans we are natural Omnivores, so at least twice a week eat a card deck sized piece of meat to keep the body pleasure chemicals moving, trust me you can’t go without meat in the long run, even a little helps.
4)eat celery for the first few weeks. it is high in fiber, burns more calories than it provides, and each celery stick can burn about 2 Big Macs of calories. It should help clear your colon so that you feel more active and lighter.
I am not a professional at health but being a Cross country run has taught me what is essential to the body.
P.S melon colly is a great replacement for candy.

The main thing is to avoid fatty foods like cheese. Cutting out the fats is the best way to lose weight.

Chili is a great dish to eat when you are dieting. It is low calorie and low in fat, especially the veggie chilies and very filling which is always good on a diet. Check out this site for some recipes. Most are pretty easy. If you are going to work or school bring it in a wide mouth thermos

Good luck and happy dieting. I am sure you will be successful

Honey just avoid veg junk food: chips, fries, candy, cookies, etc. Don’t over eat especially rice or pasta dishes. If your still on the cow tit kick that habit too. Cows breast milk is very fattening. and full of filth.

Please, for your health an any future you hope to have GO GET HELP. This obsession you have with weight loss is not healthy. You need professional advice, not a group of strangers feeding your obsession and helping you to kill yourself.
You’re not really going to ask that, are you B&B? You post on here almost every day, talking about dieting and purging, saying that you’re already underweight and want to lose another 20 pounds. It’s not healthy. Eating disorders kill, and either you have one and need help or you’re pretending you do and you need help.

I need some QUICK and EASY vegetarians foods to make that will make me SKINNY?
i think i have a binging disorder. i eat to much. so im going straight up on a diet tomorrow. well i need some recipes that are healthy and will make me skinny. i need to lose weight so what are osme good recipes? they can be vegan or vegetarian. but nothing containing substitues like soy tofu mock meat etc. THANK YOU!:)
Binging is an ED, sweetie. As a vegetarian I can tell you about healthy eating, not dieting. As someone with a degree in psychology, though, I can tell you that you need help.
Eat fruit. Eat veggies. Eat nuts, whole grains, seeds, beans and legumes. Drink water. Avoid fake sugars like splenda and equal. Don’t diet, just eat healthy. Dieting is the worst thing you can do at your age.
There’ There’s your V&V advice.
